Any delays caused by Australia Post or DHL Express throughout the year, especially during peak trade seasons are at no fault to Roaman. During promotional times or peak sale season, Roaman may have possible delays but we will always try to keep you as informed as possible during these times. Roaman is not responsible for missing packages if you have allowed the courier authority to deliver your package without a signature or to be left in a safe spot. In the case your parcel does go missing Roaman can open an investigation. However only, if it's deemed missing by Australia Post or DHL through their accountability, will we offer a replacement.
